The scope that determines your financial responsibility in an accident or damage on a rental car depends on the protection package you choose. Mandatory traffic insurance and basic comprehensive cover are included in every rental; the excess amount varies by class.
Basic protection (included)

- Comprehensive cover: collision, fire, theft; excess 4,000 - 20,000 TRY
- Roadside assistance and towing (nationwide)
Full protection package (+250 TRY a day)
- Excess waiver (the comprehensive excess is not charged to the hirer)
- Tyre, glass, headlight and mirror damage
- Extension of third-party liability cover
- Lost key and wrong fuel
Exclusions
Drink driving, an unlicensed driver, unauthorised travel abroad, racing use, gross negligence and unauthorised drivers void insurance cover, and the damage cost is charged to the hirer. Personal belongings in the car are not covered.
In an accident, step by step
- Ensure your safety and call 112 if necessary.
- Notify the police and obtain an accident report.
- Call our 24/7 line; guidance and the replacement car process are started.
- Do not leave the car with an unauthorised person or have it repaired.
