The summary below contains the main terms of the Anka Rent rental agreement. The binding text is the agreement you accept at booking.
Driver requirements
- Age and experience: at least 21 years and a 1-year licence for economy, compact and mid-size classes; 23 years and 2 years for SUV, minivan and electric; 27 years and 3 years for the premium class.
- Documents: a valid ID or passport, a driving licence (an international driving permit for foreign licences) and a credit card in the driver's name.
Deposit
A deposit of between 6,000 and 25,000 TRY depending on vehicle class is blocked on the credit card and released within 7 business days after return. Cash deposits are not taken.
Mileage and fuel
There is a 300 km daily limit (3,000 km a month on monthly packages). A charge of 2-6 TRY per excess km applies according to class. The fuel policy is "full to full"; if returned with less fuel a service fee is added to the fuel cost.
Return and cancellation
A 3-hour grace period applies to the return time; after that it counts as an extra day. Cancellations up to 48 hours before pick-up are free; for cancellations within 48 hours one day's rental is charged.
Accidents, fines and toll charges
- In an accident you must obtain a police report (accident report) and call us immediately.
- Traffic fines are the hirer's responsibility, with an administration fee.
- Motorway and bridge crossings are made with an HGS tag, and the usage fee is invoiced after return.
Use abroad
Taking the vehicle abroad is possible only with written permission and for specific countries; extra insurance (green card) and a fee apply. Vehicles taken abroad without this permission fall outside insurance cover.
