Personal data we process
Your identity and contact data, licence and ID/passport data, credit card (tokenised) and payment data, rental agreement and vehicle handover/return records, vehicle location and mileage data (tracking system), damage and fine records, call-centre voice recordings and website usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Establishing and performing the rental agreement, licence and ID verification, deposit and payment processing, vehicle security and tracking, handling traffic fines and damage processes, legal obligations and, with your explicit consent, campaign communication.
Your data is processed on the grounds of performing and establishing contracts, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public bodies and IT service providers. Transfers abroad are made only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask for restriction of processing, learn which third parties received your data, and object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis.
