We provide replacement cars so your work and daily life are not disrupted while your car is being repaired. The comprehensive and traffic policies of partner insurers carry a replacement-car entitlement; in that case we run the process on your behalf.

If the policy has no entitlement

You can use the replacement tariff starting from 1,050 TRY a day. A discount applies at workshops and appraisal points we work with.

For company fleet vehicles there is a contracted, priority and free replacement car service.

Our turnaround times

The average time from application to handover is 90 minutes. The car is prepared the moment insurer approval arrives, and handover can be to your door or the workshop.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

A valid ID or passport, a driving licence (an international permit for foreign licences) and a credit card in the driver's name are enough.

What is the minimum driver age?

21 years and a 1-year licence are needed for economy, compact and mid-size classes; 23 years and 2 years for SUV, minivan and electric; 27 years and 3 years for premium.

How much is the deposit and when is it released?

A deposit between 6,000 and 25,000 TRY by class is blocked on a credit card. It is released within 7 business days after return.

What does the full protection package cover?

It covers the excess waiver, tyre-glass-headlight-mirror damage, extended third-party liability, lost key and wrong fuel. It costs 250 TRY a day.

Can I return the car at a different point?

Yes, returning at a different point among our eight is possible. The fee starts from 900 TRY depending on the route; in high season you need to state it when booking.
